Orders: All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. A contract is formed only once we send a shipping confirmation email.
Pricing: Prices are clearly displayed and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. If a discount is offered, we display the lowest price from the previous 30 days in accordance with the Omnibus Directive.
Shipping: We aim to ship physical products within 30 business days. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. - Consumer Rights (Returns and Refunds)

Exclusions: This right does not apply to unsealed audio recordings (CDs, Vinyl) or personalized items.
